In September 2021, the volcanic eruption destroyed the plantation, cutting off water and covering the land in ash. Reconstruction began in mid-2022, and although the water supply is still not fully restored, new banana plants are growing.

During the 90-minute tour, you’ll learn how we grow organic Canary Island platano, how ecosystems work as observed on our finca, the importance of good production for healthy nutrition (taste our bananas) and how we live with the volcanoes. After the presentation, which lasts approximately 90 minutes, we will enjoy solar-brewed tea.
